1. If I subscribe now, will I get all the singles in the singles club?
Yes, you will be shipped the first 8 singles that have come out, plus the remaining 5 singles will be shipped out in late 2008 or early 2009.
2. Who is in the singles club?
There are 13 split singles in all with 3 rounds of singles total being shipped.
Round #1: Casper & the Cookies / the Marbles, Boyracer / the Faintest Ideas, Fishboy / Baby Calendar, Bunnygrunt / Phil Wilson.
Round #2: Tullycraft / Smittens, Ideal Free Distribution / Poison Control Center, Andy From Denver / Red Pony Clock, Velcro Stars / Keith John Adams.
Round #3: Of Montreal / James Husband, Apples in Stereo / Patience Please, All Girl Summer Fun Band / Cars Can Be Blue, Love Letter Band / Tender Forever, Circulatory System / Sound Houses.
3. Why did the price of the club go up after it was announced?
Well shipping went up twice, so the price had to adjust to cover higher shipping costs.
4. I heard there is a special bonus for the first 150 subscribers, can I get in on that?
Well, the first 150 subscribers are getting bonus stuff with their last shipment of singles, and the first 150 subscribers were taken on the first day the singles club went live.
5. Why is this club taking forever? I mean it was announced April 2007.
Well, to be frank and honest, it's really tough getting two bands to have their sides of the singles in at the same time. Also we have had a few pressing plant problems to further delay the singles along the way.
6. Are you doing another club, and if so can my band do a single?
I have no intention of doing another singles club anytime soon, and I usually have the bands planned out way in advance.
7. Are there any subscriptions left?
Yes, we still have a handful of subscriptions left, but not that many. We will take down the buttons to order the club when we are out.
8. I thought each single was going to be a different color, my Casper / Marbles split and the Ideal Free Distribution / Poison Control Center singles look like they are the same color?
The Casper & the Cookies / Marbles single is on clear vinyl, and the Ideal Free Distribution / Poison Control Center single is on coke bottle clear vinyl which has a slightly green hue to it.
